Breakfast

I'm back on the road and to the Sonoran desert after leaving Colorado and driving for two days, with a few stops along the way to eat and explore the El Malpais National Monument.

High hopes for a big omelet at what I thought was a local diner turned into something that wasn't quite as satisfying.

Stopped in a popular local café to grab a quick breakfast after leaving Kofa National Wildlife Refuge. After nothing but my cooking it was pretty dang good.

After my first month of new my nomadic lifestyle, I headed to Wichita to spend some time with family. And when in Wichita, one must eat out!
