When you drive a Jeep on back roads and back highways, you don’t get too many places too fast, but I tell you it is so much more enjoyable than blasting along a crowded interstate.

The lava beds are beautiful, and I look forward to coming back someday and actually exploring them rather than just driving through.

I found a great place to camp for the night with a beautiful view of the Deschutes River. It’s just for one night, but I love having a beautiful place to drink my coffee in the morning.
