Today didn’t start all all that fantastic. It was a bit of a rough night with traffic dogs barking in my brain, wanting to be somewhere else.

As I finished my 2nd cup of coffee, I pulled The Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures. And my day vastly improved. After finishing a few other necessary errands, including finally getting my Jeep and trailer washed after months of no love, I rolled into the ironwood forest national monument and found a pretty dang good camp spot.

It isn’t quite as isolated and secluded as dripping springs but I know I’ll find peace and solitude and the ability to get a whole bunch of work done.
