I really do know myself, and I really do know better.
But still, I headed out to go for a walk on the BLM lands just to stretch my legs and get loosened up a little.
It took me forever to get out the door because I kept forgetting things. First I forgot my phone so I had to go back and grab it.
Then I walked about 100 feet and realized it was pretty warm, so I went back and grabbed a bottle of water.
After walking a couple hundred feet from my campsite, it dawned on me that this was kind of dumb to be carrying the water bottle in my hand. So I turned around, went back to camp, and tossed on a backpack.
No, I was fully ready to go for a nice walk, but watch this video, and you’ll see what happened.
The arrow points to the formation that I hiked to the top of.
