For years, my sons and Uncle Mike visited Nicolo’s Pizza in North Longmont. The family that owned it was wonderful. When one of their sons got interested in brewing beer, they set him up in the restaurant. Eventually, Mom and Dad decided to retire and helped their son open his own microbrewery and restaurant.
